Artist Description of Work:
“Homebodies” is an acrylic painting on Baltic Birch wood. This experimental artwork by ManD’oh explores the possibility of creating a revealing work of art- not only are the figures embracing in the artwork left with nothing to cover themselves, but the wood itself is exposed where skin would be painted as though the wood and the couple share the same will to be seen. There is beauty in the bare.
