Shipping Policy

ARRAE Gallery offers shipping for eligible artworks within the United States and Internationally. Shipping costs are calculated based on the artwork size, weight, packing requirements, destination, and insurance needs.

Because original artwork requires careful handling, shipping timelines may vary. Most orders are prepared for shipment within 5 to 10 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping, packing, and insurance costs unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing by ARRAE Gallery.

Once an artwork is shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery timelines depend on the carrier and destination.

ARRAE Gallery is not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery attempts, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer, or damage caused by mishandling after delivery.

For local buyers, pickup may be available by appointment at ARRAE Gallery. Pickup details must be confirmed in advance.
