Return and Refund Policy

All artwork sales are final.

ARRAE Gallery sells original artwork, limited editions, prints, and artist made pieces. Because these works are unique, delicate, and often one of a kind, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review all artwork details carefully before purchasing, including dimensions, medium, price, framing status, and any condition notes. We are happy to answer questions or provide additional images before purchase.

If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@arraegallery.com with your order number, photos of the packaging, and photos of the damaged artwork. We will review the issue and work with you directly to determine the appropriate next steps.

Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Shipping fees are non refundable unless otherwise determined by ARRAE Gallery.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
